Decide which tax category you are in and
click the appropriate
button.

Choose the service you wish to purchase and
click the appropriate PayPal “Buy Now” button. You will be
transferred to the PayPal secure server where you can safely pay for
your chosen service by Credit Card, Debit Card, or from your PayPal
Account.

You will receive confirmation messages from
PayPal.

As soon as your payment has cleared, you will
be registered on the CLARS training server. (Due to the VAT checks
that we are obliged to undertake, this process may sometimes take up
to 24 hours.)

You will receive an automatic confirmation
e-mail from the training server giving you the URL, User ID and
Password for your training.

Once you have subscribed to
The
ITAC Mentor service, you will have 30 days of access to the online
lessons. You will also be able to download checklists and revision
material.

If you have subscribed to
The
ITAC Mentor Plus
service, you will also have the ability to send us up to three
specific questions by e-mail. These will be personally answered by a
mentor. They should be sent to ITAC-Mentor@clars-global.com.
Please make sure that you use the User ID you will have been allocated
to identify your e-mail on the subject line. This e-mail service is
available for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

If you have subscribed to
The
ITAC Mentor Plus Plus
service, we will also vet and comment on your certification package
before you submit it. As this part of the service requires us to
schedule resources, we need you to give us at least two weeks notice
of when you will be able to send us your package. Then we can tell you
the date on which your package will be processed. You should use the
same e-mail address and User ID as for the questions. This vetting
service is available for up to 180 days from the date of purchase.
